  • Simple backup to text file of grade data through "export" command
  • Built in e-mail system, giving teachers the ability to email parent/student users either individually or by group.
  • Single click ability to view student users who are "on the system"
  • Quickview of each of your students' schedules
  • Hyperlink capability for every assignment. Teachers can link assignments that appear in their E-gradebooks to descriptions of the assignment, additional resources (like a classroom PowerPoint that went with the class lecture), or other web sites. (Teachers currently have the ability to upload files to their individual home pages on the website.

  • You do not need to store anything on your computer in order to use the Micrograde E-Gradebook (http://www.chariot.com/micrograde/ ). There is no program to install. All records are stored on one of our central servers. Both faculty and students access their unique records securely using one URL (i.e. "link"): http://www.d.umn.edu/egradebook However, if you wish to keep a file on your computer, you can export each eGradebook from the "Reports" view.
